Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength. These commandments that I give you today are to be upon your hearts. Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up.
Our Family Ministry philosophy is based on the verse above (Deut 6:5-7). As a church we greatly value families and the family unit. The vision for our Family Ministry is equipping and empowering families to honour God, serve others, connect in community and reach others for Christ.
The Family Ministry aims to facilitate the interaction and building up of families within the church with group-based activities, teaching and sharing our lives together in the area of prayer, teaching, worship, fellowship, service, evangelism, and world missions.
The church provides a very active Children and Youth Programs for families. Various children ministries are available in conjunction with the Sunday 9am service during most weeks of school term, for children aged from 18 months to 18 years. Parenting workshops covering different topics operate throughout the year as do marriage preparation and enrichment workshops.
