Annie’s family migrated to Australia since 1996. She came to know the Lord and was baptised in 1999. Annie has been worshiping at CrossCulture since 2002. Ever since then, she served in the International Student Dance Ministry, Worship Ministry, and Children’s Ministry.
Annie is married to Kelvin Cheong, whom she met while serving in the Worship Ministry. She graduated from Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Japanese and Psychology at Melbourne University in 2002, Postgraduate Diploma of Psychologist at Monash University in 2003, and finally obtained her Masters of Psychology (Educational and Developmental) in early 2008. She works two days a week, coordinating CrossCulture Kids Ministry. The other days she works at Lowther Hall Anglican Grammar School as a Psychologist, assisting students, teachers, and parents with concerns of social, emotional and academic development.
Annie recognises that parents are crucial to working with children. Therefore, it is important to work in partnership with the families in growing the children to have a good foundation and knowledge of God.
