CrossCulture Church of Christ

Carilyn arrived in Melbourne in 2004 from Singapore. She has since graduated with a Bachelor in Commerce (Marketing and Management) from Monash University.

Prior to working with Melbourne City Conference Centre (MCCC) in 2007, Carilyn has worked with Singapore Sports Council, in the Sports Marketing department, which is responsible for the organization and implementation of international sporting events such as the Rugby 7s, Standard Chartered Marathon etc. The training she has received from such large scale events, along with her other experience as Customer Service Personnel with DBS (Development Bank of Singapore), Public Relations at corporate hotel seminars and Vice-President with Singapore Association of Victoria, have equipped her with the knowledge and detailed set of skills required for venue management.

Carilyn’s academic training as a marketer, and her association with CrossCulture Church of Christ, have also allowed her to develop a vision for MCCC that is in coherent with CrossCulture’s beliefs.
